Klára Šeďová took part in the development of a new policy framework that is set to bring major changes to the Czech education system— the Vision for the System of Support and Leadership for School Principals. This document is the result of over a year of work by an expert group at the Ministry of Education. The team included school principals, education policy experts, academics, and representatives of key institutions. Their proposals are based on thorough research, analysis, and consultations with stakeholders across the sector. The first set of priorities, approved for implementation in 2025–2027, aims to strengthen leadership in Czech schools through targeted and practical reforms.
