We were delighted to welcome our colleague from Israel, Edith Bouton, an expert in dialogic teaching.

For the BOLD LAB research group, she led an inspiring workshop focused on analyzing teacher and student talk, during which she introduced and taught us how to use the DECCA Coding Scheme she developed (see: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/371938105_DECCA_CODING_SCHEME).

In turn, our team presented BOLD LAB activities and prepared outputs specifically for our guest. Barbora Nekardová introduced the mentoring program in higher education teacher preparation and the application of the Pedagogically Productive Talk framework, while Jakub Vlček shared research on the development of professional competencies in beginning teachers.

The meeting fostered an exchange of experiences and collegial sharing, all in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We are pleased that BOLD LAB regularly hosts international experts, enriching our work and broadening our perspectives.
