We are a team of researchers from the Department of Educational Sciences at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Arts, dedicated to understanding how people learn within the educational system, during professional development, and in everyday life.
For over a decade, our research group has focused on investigating the dynamics of teacher-student communication in classroom settings. We explore how these interactions occur, seek ways to enhance them, and understand the extent to which classroom communication impacts student learning and educational outcomes.
In recent years, we have expanded our research to include the impact of social networks on learning and educational opportunities. Additionally, we investigate how various instructional methods and approaches shape what people actually learn.
