We are delighted to celebrate another important milestone within BOLD Lab. Our colleague Bára Nekardová has successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled Mentoring Program in Pedagogical Development of University Teachers: A Case Study with Ethnographic Elements.
The dissertation thesis was supervised by Klára Šeďová and focuses on mentoring in the pedagogical preparation of university teachers. Drawing on a case study with ethnographic elements, the research provides an in-depth understanding of mentoring processes in higher education settings.
We warmly congratulate Barbora on completing her doctoral studies and wish her continued success in both her professional and personal life.
